For a creative invitation card that does not have a particular theme you can download images of wedding rings, hearts, wedding bells, wedding cake, a dancing couple, lit candles, bouquets, trinity knots, wedding gowns and tuxedos or anything related to a traditional wedding.
If you have a theme for the bridal shower, then download the image accordingly. For e.g. if you want the girls to come dressed in a particular color then download an outfit of that color on the card. If you have a particular guest to arrive at a certain time for a round the clock bridal shower, then you can show a clock with the right time set in the image. This would require a bit of effort as you would have to customize the timing for a bunch of people.

Hence, you can virtually take all the details of your card from the internet. Although, designing it all by you has its own charm.
