Bridal Shower Food : Chicken Sandwich Spread

Sandwiches can be made more exciting by using different kinds of bread and cutting them into various shapes with cookie cutters or a knife, these could even coordinate with the theme of the party.

This easy to make sandwich filling is also ideal for open sandwiches, rolls and crackers, garnished with thin half slices of lemon or olives.

Ingredients

• 1 cup of cooked ground chicken
• A quarter of a cup of mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon of sugar
• 2 tablespoons of milk
• Salt to taste
