Ingredients
- 8oz cream cheese
- Watercress
- Salt and pepper to taste
Put the cream cheese with the watercress into a blender, add some salt and pepper to season and mix together until the watercress is quite small and that’s it. A quick dip that will also make a great spread for sandwiches. Alternatively serve with buttered crusty rolls or as a topping for baked potatoes (jacket potatoes).
