- Cottage Cheese
- Shrimps
- Procedure
- Cut shrimps into small pieces
- Mix the cottage cheese,chopped shrimps and stir
Cottage Cheese-Herb Dip
Ingredients
- Creamed Cottage cheese 1 cup
- Low Fat mayonnaise 2 Tablespoons
- Lemon juice 2 Tablespoons
- Pepper
- Milk 2 Tablespoons
- Chopped Parsley 1/4Cup
- Chopped Green onions 2 Tablespoons
- Tarragon leaves 1/2 Teaspoon
Mix all the ingredients in a blender, till the mixture becomes smooth and creamy
Famous Cottage Cheese Dip
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 24 ounce
- Cumin 1/4 teaspoon
- Monterey jack cheese grated ½ cup
- Sour cream 1/2 cup
- 2 -3 cloves minced
- fresh garlic
- 2 thinly sliced green onions
- Black Pepper
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl till the mixture becomes smooth
- Greek Yogurt and Cottage Cheese Dip with Dill
- Low-fat cottage cheese 1 cup
- Dried dill weed 1-2 teaspoons
- Celery salt 2/3
- Fat-free Greek Yogurt 1 cup
- Finely grated onion
- Onion powder 1/3
- A pinch of sugar
- Process cottage cheese in food processor for about one minute until it is well blended
- Add yogurt, dill weed, onion powder, and celery salt, onion powder and sugar
- Blend again for about about 30 seconds
- Refrigerate for a few hours
Ingredients
- Softened cream cheese 2 packages
- Cottage cheese 1 carton
- 3 chopped green onions
- Garlic salt 3/4 teaspoons
- Mix all ingredients together
- Add a little milk if necessary
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving

- Minced chives 1 teaspoon
- Celery seeds 1 teaspoon
- A pinch of paprika
- Caraway seeds 1 teaspoon

- Sprinkle with paprika

- Garlic 1 teaspoon
- Peeled Dutch carrots
- Chop the spinach and mix with mint, cottage cheese, lemon juice and garlic
- Blend it until it becomes a thick paste
- Sprinkle salt and pepper
- Serve with the crudités
