Bridal Shower Food : Chicken Liver Pate
Ingredients
- A quarter of a cup of butter
- Half a pound of chicken livers
- Half a finely chopped onion
- Two hard boiled eggs
- A touch of Tabasco
Procedure
Melt the butter in a frying pan. Add the chicken livers and onions.
Turning frequently fry gently, until the chicken livers are cooked
through. Transfer to a food processor or blender. Add the eggs and
Tabasco and pure;e until smooth. Serve the pate; on
canapes, crusty bread or crackers.
