Canapes
Procedure
Canapes are often served as an appetizer, they are small
sandwiches which can either be made with thinly sliced buttered
bread or bread that has been lightly toasted and then buttered.
The sandwich is usually filled with meat or fish paste of your choice
and then cut into long strips. The canapes are then tastefully
arranged on a plate ready to serve.
Olives
Procedure
Olives should be washed and the stones removed if desired. If at
all possible olives should be served on crushed ice.
