Bridal Shower Food : Tomato Surprise

Ingredients

• Large Tomatoes
• Couscous

First cut a slice off of the stalk end of the tomatoes and scoop out the centers. Fill the tomatoes with couscous and then put the tomato tops back on.

You may have to cut a small slice off the bottom of the tomatoes so that they stay upright.
