Bridal Shower Food : Tomatoes 'n Eggs
Ingredients
- Tomatoes
- Eggs
- Mayonnaise
- Chopped parsley
- Paprika
Procedure
First boil the eggs then peel and slice them.
Then you will need to remove the tomato skins, this can be done
by placing the tomatoes into some boiling water for a few minutes
this will loosen their skins.
Then Drain off the water and cover the tomatoes with some cold
water, this will help them to stay firm, now peel the tomatoes.
Next carefully cut the tomatoes into slices and remove the pips.
Now arrange the tomatoes on a dish with alternate slices of the
sliced hard boiled egg and garnish with mayonnaise, chopped parsley
and paprika.
Note : When cooking eggs it's always a good idea to use a timer,
guess work is not recommended, as the eggs may become over cooked,
after cooking run cold water from the faucet over the eggs and leave
them in the cold water for a few minutes this makes them a lot easier
to peel.
