• Julienne carrots
• celery
• green onions
• lettuce
• cherry tomatoes
• cucumber

Procedure

A raw vegetable tray is an excellent idea and sure to please the health conscious and your vegetarian guests. A vegetable tray could include, julienne carrots, chopped celery, chopped green onions, lettuce, cherry tomatoes and sliced or diced cucumber.

Note : The term julienne means to thinly slice or shred your vegetables and cherry tomatoes are little tomatoes.
