Pastrami Sandwiches
Although sandwiches are the most preferred menu, it is essential to get in some novelty. Pastrami sandwiches come in as a good option. Ingredients
- 1/2 cup watercress
- 4 ounces finely chopped pastrami
- 1/4 cup cottage cheese
- 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
- Rye bread
- 3 tablespoons of soft butter

- black pepper
Procedure
- Chop the watercress. Take a bowl and mix watercress, pastrami, cottage cheese, salt and pepper. Blend this mixture well.
- Apply butter to 4 slices of bread. Butter slices of bread. Use the mixture as a spread on two of the bread slices. Cover the sandwich with the other two slices. Press gently.
- Cut the crusts of the bread if you want. Cut the sandwich into 4 equal halves.
- Take some chopped watercress and arrange it on a serving platter. Arrange the sandwich in a plate.
- Your pastrami sandwich is ready.
Hot Pastrami Sandwich
Ingredients
- 2 pounds sliced pastrami
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 2 pounds sliced corned beef
- 3 cups coleslaw
- ½ cup Dijon mustard
- 2 cups reduced beef broth
- Rye bread
Method
- Cook the pastrami, corned beef and broth. Cover with lid while cooking and stir occasionally.
- Do this on low heat. Let it be on low heat from 1 to 3 hours.
- Arrange the bread slices and cheese on a platter. Mix the mustard and coleslaw in a bowl.
- Take a bread slice and apply a layer of mustard. Stack a layer of hot pastrami on it. Then add a layer of cheese.
- Add coleslaw on this and cover it with another slice of bread
- You can cut these sandwiches into 2 or 4 equal halves. Your hot pastrami sandwiches are ready to eat.
Pastrami Muffins
Ingredients
- 4 pounds pastrami
- American cheese
- Bacon
- Garlic
- Tomatoes
- Onions
- English muffins
- salt
Method
- Chop the bacon well and stir fry in a pan.
- Roast the English muffins and apply a layer of butter onto each.
- Chop the onions and tomatoes into thin slices
- Blend the garlic into paste and add some salt in it.
- Take a single muffin with butter. Add slices of onions and tomatoes on it.
- Add a couple of slices of pastrami. Add bacon on top.
- Add a slice of cheese. Preheat the oven at 350 degrees.
- Bake these muffins along with the layered ingredients for about 10 minutes.
- Take them out of the oven and let them cool a bit. Your pastrami muffins are ready to it.
Tomato and pastrami sandwich
Ingredients
- Fresh tomatoes
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sliced pastrami
- Butter
- Brie
- Bread
Method
- Apply a thin layer of butter on 2 slices of bread. Take a pan and toast these slices on medium heat with the butter side down.
- Add slices of brie on the top of the bread. Slice the tomatoes and season them with salt and pepper.
- Add some of these slices on the top of brie.
- Place the other slice of bread with butter on the top with roasted side up.
- Cut this sandwich into 2 or four equal pieces.
- Your pastrami and tomato sandwich is ready to eat.
